City Hotels to issue IPO, Global IME Capital on sale manager
For the initial public offering, the company set a price per share of Rs. 100. Global IME Capital Limited has been designated by City Hotel as the IPO Issuer and Manager. In this regard, the agreement between the company and Capital regarding the arrangement for the issuance and sale of securities has been finalized today. The agreement was signed on behalf of the company by Chairman Shaktikumar Golyan and Chief Executive Officer Parasmani Dhakal on behalf of Capital in the presence of the company’s executive director, Mr. Akshay Golyan.
The business opened the Hyatt Place, a five-star hotel, on Kartik 15 in Soltimode, Kathmandu. City hotel has investments from the Golyan Group, Kamlesh Aggarwal, Harishchandra Subedi, and others. The 153-room, five-star hotel has a restaurant with live music, a banquet hall, a gym, a swimming pool, and a conference room accommodating up to 400 people.
More than 1,000 international-level Hyatt hotels have been established and are being operated worldwide as a chain brand of Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the United States. The Hyatt Place in Soltimode has opened as a five-star hotel with top-notch amenities under the same international brand.
